Bear Hunting
Alberta is becoming an increasingly popular location when choosing a hunting destination for black bear. With our world class outfitters and guides, a two bear limit, two season hunting opportunity, and one of the most significant bear populations in North America-- complete with a variety of color phase bears, it's no wonder why Alberta has become such an astounding hunting destination.

Prior to the hunt, a variety of baits are set up approximately 40 yards from each stand. These stands may only be reached by allterrain vehicles or 4x4. Some stands may be closer than 40 yards to allow easy determination of the bear's exact size and hide quality.

Another very successful hunting method is to spot and stalk. These hunts are generally conducted among openings of forest, or areas with an abundance of newly green grass or clover.
